3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Having the uncomfortable talk.
  2. Persevering.
  3. Working out in the morning to realise I have indeed gotten fitter since I started in Feb?

2 Right things:

  1. Letting them know I gotta go.
  2. Just doing the shit job without killing myself.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Mental attitude.
  2. Losing temper on family.
