3 Things I am Grateful for today:
- Waking up without snoozing.
- Knowing my will power as well as body strength has improved significantly.
- Giving an extra ice cream.

- Working out at the playground.

- My temper with family members.
- Not eating at night.
- I am taking one tiny step at a time to become what I want to become in order to get what I want out of life.
