The pain of losing far exceeds the joy of winning ..

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. All these great informational podcasts available.
  2. Grinding it out albeit not sure in right direction or not.
  3. Self control on food intake.

2 Right things:

  1. Giving banks the Book.
  2. Not conforming the first guy for barbells.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Should have helped the guys to move.
  2. Timing to bed.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am getting closer and closer to something great.
