Brexit.

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Going to bed only after finishing my work.
  2. waking up before the alarm.
  3. Going for the workout.

2 Right things:

  1. Telling about the issue before MLOW.
  2. Complimenting Aunty.

2 Things to improve on:

  1.  Ordering so much food is not good.
  2.  Drinking coca cola.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am going to exercise more self control in the coming months.
