Overcame the fear !

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1.  Finally jumping.
  2.  Sleeping early last night.
  3.  Working out this morning.

2 Right things:

  1. Not watching the game.
  2. Doing my job.

2 Things to improve on:

  1.  Probably not sleeping in till so late.
  2.  Losing focus.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am grateful for such trying times.
