Do things for a reason

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1.  The chicken soup that day when I was hungry as fuck.
  2.  Doing my personal work.
  3.  Giving water.

2 Right things:

  1.  Waking up early.
  2.  Quick planks and pushups.

2 Things to improve on:

  1.  Addiction to do everything but the work I am meant to.
  2.  Downloading addiction is not going.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am committed to making me the best thing that has ever happen to anyone.
