3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Finally eating the chicken and cookies till I do not want them anymore.
  2. Waking up early this morning. (630AM)
  3. Getting allowance.

2 Right things:

  1. Buying the chicken for them.
  2. Not eating all that rice.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Just because I crave it doesn’t mean I should eat it! (Self control at an all time low.
  2. Not writing goals down.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am great.
