3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Finally getting to sleep in while raining outside on Wednesday.
  2. Making system 2 do the hard work when I really was absolutely lazy as fuck.
  3. Not giving in the temptation to use the phone.

2 Right things:

  1. Going for the extra long run and doing the leg workout.
  2. Rejecting fries twice.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Same shit. why eat/& spend?
  2. Self discipline is waning a lil.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am one kickass mofo y’all
