3 Things I am Grateful for today:
- Finally getting to sleep in while raining outside on Wednesday.
- Making system 2 do the hard work when I really was absolutely lazy as fuck.
- Not giving in the temptation to use the phone.
2 Right things:
- Going for the extra long run and doing the leg workout.
- Rejecting fries twice.
2 Things to improve on:
- Same shit. why eat/& spend?
- Self discipline is waning a lil.
