3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. The chicken soup.
  2. Not giving in to temptation and drink root beer float.
  3. Waking up and going to bed on time I want to.

2 Right things:

  1. Giving/Offering the extra bread.
  2. Working out eventhough I did not want to.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Impulsive need for filthy food.
  2. Eating so late at night.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am certain that I will achieve greatness.
