Slowly but surely.

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Getting home early.
  2. The sweet delight from Juls.
  3. Getting a power nap.

2 Right things:

  1. Not eating fries.
  2. Not giving in to temptation for Macs.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Knowing that once I am up I cannot go back to sleep.
  2. Controlling my craving

Daily affirmation:

  • I am MEEE!
