Where is the fun in making something you knew it would work?

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Not smoking at the end.
  2. Not sending the message to uncle.
  3. Having WW message as I had anticipated.

2 Right things:

  1. Asking JH to go back.
  2. Buying drinks for everybody.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Not smoke after an intense/boring work phase.
  2. Downloading so many podcasts.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am back on track to greatness.

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Not smoking alot like last few days.
  2. Learning fast.
  3. All the people at work.

2 Right things:

  1. Trying to help.
  2. Finally doing the IELT.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Self control.
  2. Maybe just a lil bit less selfish.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am like elastic if you let go I go back to being normal.

Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know!

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Having my silent conversation in real life with the two people on the same day.
  2. Somehow food always appearing to me on days I do not take food.
  3. Catherine working at CM.

  1. Continuing with my ritual.
  2. Chilling a bit. Telling navin what I think.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Resisting internal resistance.
  2. Doing whatever I feel like.

  • I am looooong way from home.
