Same same, but different

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Gone are the inner monologue with WW.
  2. Not thinking about the ex much.
  3. People at work value me.

2 Right things:

  1. Not eating after coming back.
  2. Forcing myself to get up.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Saying no to smoking.
  2. Time management.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am my most important project.
