  1. Finally a relaxed chill out day.
  2. Good to know from Mr. Low what I gotta do to make it.
  3. The KFM podcast about not to give myself unnecessary pressure.

2 Right things:

  1. Not going in the kitchen.
  2. Finally doing AI.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Not giving in mentally.
  2. Not smoking.

  • I am in need for some self actualization.
