It’s when you are back on your feet people start coming back to you!

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. The treat.
  2. Ability to say no to some things.
  3. The following of my routine almost religiously.

2 Right things:

  1.  Offering to pay.
  2. Telling aunty to do the job.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. No smoking.
  2. Not doing what I need to be doing.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am a bit distracted.
