3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Having my silent conversation in real life with the two people on the same day.
  2. Somehow food always appearing to me on days I do not take food.
  3. Catherine working at CM.

2 Right things:

  1. Continuing with my ritual.
  2. Chilling a bit. Telling navin what I think.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Resisting internal resistance.
  2. Doing whatever I feel like.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am looooong way from home.
