3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Not smoking alot like last few days.
  2. Learning fast.
  3. All the people at work.

2 Right things:

  1. Trying to help.
  2. Finally doing the IELT.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Self control.
  2. Maybe just a lil bit less selfish.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am like elastic if you let go I go back to being normal.
