  1. Staying back to help out.
  2. Working out this morning.

2 things to improve on:

  1. Keeping to time.
  2. Less time on downloading stuff.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am turning things around in next 3 months. Mentally Emotionally and Physically.

Where there’s reactivity there’s wound

  1. Talking to Dad last night.
  2. For making my mum my mum.
  3. Bindi’s brownies. (tasted great with PD:))

  1. Going to bed early last night.
  2. Trying out a new dish.

  1. Care less about things that doesn’t harm me.
  2. Eating late.

  1. Finally not being lazy.

  1. Self control on off days.

  1. WonderWoman completing 21 days of gratefulness practice even though on some days she prolly just wanted to hug her teddy and talk to nobody.
  2. Talking to Edenla.
  3. Mum/&Dad always waiting for me to get home at night before going to sleep.

  1. Chilling with Tim.
  2. Letting people have their ego stroked.

  1. Loving unconditionally.

  1. Introducing Sudoku to mum.
  2. Finally being able to do L pull up.

  1. Sleeping no more than 7 hours.
  2. Keeping up with going to bed early.

  1. Mums dinner after 2 months.

  3. Getting bus as soon as I reached busstop.
