Being Manipulated or for real?

3 Things I am Grateful for today:

  1. Not relying on coffee in the morning.
  2. The food from aunty Cherry.
  3. Not eating anything junk after 7!

2 Right things:

  1. Keeping up with the night ritual.
  2. Practicing for IELTS in the morning.

2 Things to improve on:

  1. Why can’t I stop smoking?
  2. Snoozing!

Daily affirmation:

  • I am more motivated now than I were yesterday.
