3 things I am grateful for:
- WonderWoman using emojis in each of her grateful sentence today:).
- Not watching the shows i used to be addicted to over last 5 months.
- Knowing every night I will be back in my bed!
2 things I did right today:
- smoking the 1 cig.
- Not smoking at the end of the day.
2 things I wish I did not do today:
- Dinner so late at night.
- Eating paus like panda.
- I am in control of my food and health starting now.
