Persistence is key now.

3 things I am grateful for:

  1. The full moon.
  2. The chat with mum.
  3. The sound of rain in the middle of the night.

2 right things today:

  1. Not whining like before.
  2. Drinking 3L of water.

2 things I wish I did not do today:

  1. Eating paus like Panda.
  2. Slow everything down.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am not under control of my healthy habits suddenly.
