3 things I am grateful for:

  1. Introducing Sudoku to mum.
  2. Finally being able to do L pull up.
  3. Wye working with dad.

2 right things today:

  1. Taking a Nap.
  2. Starting buffetology.

2 things to improve on:

  1. Sleeping no more than 7 hours.
  2. Keeping up with going to bed early.

Daily affirmation:

  • I am the one who is gonna change my future one day at a time.
