Seeing is believing. But what you think is true is based on your perception.

3 things I am grateful for:

  1. Not whining too much while mum shopped.
  2. Finally sat down to plan for the month.
  3. Dinner & movie with the family.

Did I do Everything today to make life better for Future Me?

  • Yes.

2 things to improve on:

  1. Sleeping early so that i can wake up early.
  2. Remember to do plank before reminder!

Daily affirmation:

  • I have it within me right now to get me to where I want to be later.
