if you are not grateful with what you have you will never be grateful with what you will get.

3 things I am grateful for:

  1. The milkshake on my mason jar.
  2. Being able to be back on my bed every night.
  3. WonderWoman smiling all day. (though i did not see it)

Did I do Everything today to make life better for Future Me?

2 things to improve on:

  1. Do one thing at a time.
  2. Make it a habit to eat 75%.

Daily affirmation:

  • I have it within me right now to get me to where I want to be later.
