  1. The workout this morning & completing full set of routines.
  2. Mum’s & uncle’s advice perfectly aligning with Brene Brown’s interview on the same day to give me some perspective.
  3. For the quote ” whenever in doubt; work out!”

  1. Keeping to schedule.
  2. Keeping quiet.
