Unusual off day on a weekend.

3 things I am grateful for:

  1. Being home on a weekend with the family after forever.
  2. Achieving a lot of “firsts” in workouts over the last couple of months.
  3. All the amazeball food mum made in last 2 days.

Did I do Everything today to make life better for Future Me?

  • Yap.

2 things to improve on:

  1. Unusually unproductive on off days. Find out why.
  2. Monitor if get pacified too easily.

Daily affirmation:

  • Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can do what others can’t.
