You must enjoy what you do.

3 things I am grateful for:

  1. Getting rid of my coffee addiction! (maybe. probably)
  2. Getting help on Meditation techniques!
  3. Being able to meditate 10 minutes a day.

2 things to improve on:

  1. Learnt the lesson on binge eating sweets! Never repeat again.
  2. Accept what it is mentally and continue to work for what it is yet to be.
