3 things I am grateful for:
- Getting rid of my coffee addiction! (maybe. probably)
- Getting help on Meditation techniques!
- Being able to meditate 10 minutes a day.

2 things to improve on:
- Learnt the lesson on binge eating sweets! Never repeat again.
- Accept what it is mentally and continue to work for what it is yet to be.
- I am in need for help.
