How now brown cow?

3 things I am grateful for:

  1. Being able to tactfully avoid the most uncomfortable conversation at work.
  2. Meditate lying down yesterday.
  3. Getting proper grip on pull up bar yesterday.

Did I do Everything today to make life better for Future Me?

2 things to improve on:

  1. Thinking of being hungry.
  2. Need for tea/sweets.

  • I am consistently in struggle between now and future?
