  1. Changing the news feed setup on Facebook 8 months back.
  2. Asam Pork Curry.
  3. Running this morning despite the flu.

2 things to fix immediately:

  1. When will you start saying No to food?
  2. Believe in my Island 10% of what Edenla does.
  3. Not eat more than 6 pineapple tart tomorrow

3 things I enjoyed today:

  1. Finishing 1st book of 2017.
  2. Doing 100 pushups and squats under 12 mins.
  3. Chilling at work.
