What the hell happened? 

3 things I am grateful for today:

  1. My body for allowing me to push to the new level over the last couple of weeks. 
  2. Shoulder to calf aches. 
  3. The kingsized beastly breakfast 

2 things to fix immediately:

  1. Get more exposure to abstract art.
  2. Drink more water 

3 things I enjoyed today:

  1. Sleeping for 8 hours 
  2. Drawing 
  3. Working 

Daily affirmation:

  • I’m the best.
